Take the Metro-North Railroad to the 125th Street station in Manhattan. The elevated train tracks run above Park Avenue.

From Brooklyn
Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (North) to Grand Central Parkway (West) and the Triborough Bridge (Robert F. Kennedy Bridge). Exit at 125th Street, proceed west along 125th, and turn left onto Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
From Long Island and Queens
Take Grand Central Parkway (West) and the Triborough Bridge (Robert F. Kennedy Bridge). Exit at 125th Street, proceed west along 125th, and turn left on Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
From Staten Island
Take the Verrazano Bridge to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (North) to the Grand Central Parkway (West) and the Triborough Bridge (Robert F. Kennedy Bridge). From New Jersey
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Harlem River Drive / FDR Drive. Proceed south and exit at 125th Street. Proceed west along 125th, and turn left on Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
From Westchester and Connecticut
Take the New England Thruway (95 South) to the Triborough Bridge (Robert F. Kennedy Bridge) towards Manhattan. Exit at 125th Street, proceed west along 125th, and turn left on Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
