By Train from Connecticut, Westchester, and points north:
Take the MTA Metro-North Railroad to the 125th Street station in Manhattan. The elevated train tracks run above Park Avenue, and FCNY is one block west of the Metro-North station and one block south – on 124th Street between Park and Madison Avenues. By Car:

From Brooklyn:
Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (North) to the Grand Central Parkway (West) and the Triborough Bridge. Exit at 125th Street, proceed west along 125th, and turn left on Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
From Long Island and Queens
Take the Grand Central Parkway (West) and the Triborough Bridge. Exit at 125th Street, proceed west along 125th, and turn left on Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
From New Jersey:
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Harlem River Drive / FDR Drive. Proceed south, exit at 125th Street, proceed west along 125th, and turn left on Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
From Staten Island:
Take the Verrazano Bridge to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (North) to the Grand Central Parkway (West) and the Triborough Bridge. Exit at 125th Street, proceed west along 125th, and turn left on Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
From Westchester and Connecticut:
Take the New England Thruway (95 South) and the Triborough Bridge to the FDR Drive. Exit at 125th Street, proceed west along 125th, and turn left on Park Avenue. The Center is between Park and Madison Avenues, on 124th Street.
From the Airports:
